Our hotel's own chickens
Not only guests of our 4-star superior hotel can enjoy the magnificent nature of the Schladming-Dachstein region, but also our hotel's own chickens. They run around in the immediate vicinity of our hotel to pick up fresh seeds or other delicacies from the ground to offer you a real treat: Fresh eggs, which you can enjoy as soft-boiled or scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet. Organic meat from our relatives' farm
Because we care about meat quality, we offer our guests high-quality meat from organic Angus cattle. The grazing cattle spend the entire mountain summer on lush alpine meadows and enjoy the finest hay from there in winter. Processing the meat directly on site eliminates long transportation routes and the associated stress for the animals. This is animal welfare to our taste – and certainly to yours too!
